One of the factors affecting the frequency of failure of water installations is the appearance of pollution, which has a significant impact on the quality and correct operation of the system and the longevity of individual components. These contaminants are called magnetic sediment, formed during the active operation of the system as a result of electrolytic and chemical processes occurring in the water.
The negative effect of the appearance of sediments is the reduction of the efficiency of heat exchange in heating systems and the reduction of the efficiency of the circulation pump itself.
For complete protection of the pump from the negative impact of contaminants (magnetic sediment) and air in the system, it is absolutely recommended to install a sediment separator.
