Right of return

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days from the date he became the owner of the goods. After this period, requests to return the goods will not be accepted. To do this, the buyer must send an application by email to the seller. The seller will reimburse payments received from the buyer, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the goods back. The product must not suffer loss of value caused by mishandling other than that necessary to establish the characteristics and functionality of the product. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for loss of value and direct costs.
