Payment
The buyer can pay for an order placed in the online store
-Bank transfer according to the bank details sent to you by email.

Delivery
Products are delivered by an independent carrier to the address specified by the buyer in the order, and the customer is responsible for its accuracy. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, an order returned to the seller may be resent at the buyer’s expense. The shelf life of the order is determined by the carrier.
The buyer may refuse to receive the order in the presence of the delivery person.
If at the time of delivery the original packaging was damaged or opened and upon inspection the goods were also damaged or a discrepancy was found with the contents of the invoice, the buyer must draw up a report of all violations and damage in the presence of a representative of the carrier and send it to the seller by e-mail no later than one business day after receiving the order.
Claims after this period will not be accepted.
The issue of returning an order is resolved within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Return of goods is allowed only in the original condition and packaging.
